We want you to love your Poppy Scrubs, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your scrubs.
Drop It Off
Take your package to any authorized carrier location listed on your return label to begin the shipping process.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
